Context

Brazil's electoral court ruled in favor of leftist president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who defeated far-right senator Flavio Bolsonaro in a runoff election. Limitations

The arrest warrant for Pablo Souza could not be carried out because he is in Paris on an official mission and is not expected to return to Brazil until Monday. Heavy rain in Sao Paulo, Paran and Santa Catarina prevented voters from turning out, though Bolsonaro requested voting extensions.
