Context

The review was conducted by John Higgins, who found the default sound bass-heavy but appreciated the customization options. The earbuds offer good noise cancellation for low drones like AC units and airplane noise, though they do not fully block local chatter. The findings are based on a specific snapshot of the product's availability and performance at the time of testing.

Limitations

Testing encountered minor bugs including abrupt noise cancellation level changes and occasional voice call issues in noisy environments. The review is limited to the specific product model and does not cover other models or future price changes. Some features like the ChatGPT shortcut and 32MB storage were tested but may vary by region or configuration.
