Briefings
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio urged Cuban regime change advocates to establish 'discrete collaboration with the CIA' following President Trump's claims that the U.S. Navy will reach Cuba and that Rubio will close the deal. This follows Trump's intensified sanctions and energy blockade since 2024, which exacerbated Cuba's severe energy crisis and water shortages affecting over 2.7 million people. Rubio, a Cuban-American architect of the U.S. strategy, was scheduled to close an agreement in Florida, though the specific terms remain unconfirmed.

- U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio instructed Cuban regime change advocates to establish 'discrete collaboration with the CIA' to create positive change in Cuba.
- The U.S. Navy is claimed to reach Cuba after the war with Iran ends, with Rubio reportedly tasked to close the deal following Trump's assertions.
