Briefings

Donald Trump announced a massive $4 million investment in a new car factory in Georgia, claiming it will produce 200,000 vehicles annually and become the world's largest. This announcement occurred shortly after the president defended his economic management, citing reduced inflation to 1.7% and increased car manufacturing compared to history. The project is scheduled to begin production in 2027, following the shutdown of existing facilities in Mexico and Canada. The initiative aligns with broader economic policies targeting China and electric vehicle transition, occurring during a period of disputed polling results.
