Briefings
The Leixões SAD, representing the professional football club, confirmed it will take a position after the Central Civil Court of Porto ordered the arrest of its assets and the president, André Castro, for a debt dispute involving Brazilian investor Anderson Fellipe Gonçalves. The SAD noted that while a recovery plan was approved and judicially homologated, the company is also a creditor to the Golden Goal company, owing over 22 million euros. The court ordered the arrest of assets up to 5.062 million euros in total, with specific limits for the president and the society. The case involves a PER (revitalization) process and potential risks to the club's complex sports complex.
